๐Ÿ† Build Challenges

Build something in a week. Then show it to everyone.

Time-boxed challenges from your own campus up to national level. You get a brief, a deadline and judging criteria published before you start โ€” then you build, deploy and demo it. No secret marking, no projects that die on a laptop.

The next round is being scheduled. Leave your details and you will hear first.

๐Ÿ How a challenge runs

A brief on day one. A live project on the last day.

Every round follows the same shape, so you always know what you are signing up for.

The brief drops

One problem, published to everyone at the same moment, with the judging criteria attached. No guessing what the markers want.

A real deadline

Usually a week. Long enough to build something honest, short enough that you have to make decisions and move.

Alone or with a team

Enter on your own or with up to four others. Teams are not an advantage in the criteria โ€” shipped work is.

It has to be live

A repo is not an entry. We give you the hosting, and the judges open your URL like anybody else would.

Judged on what we published

The same criteria you read on day one. Scores come back to you with comments, whether you win or not.

Shown off properly

Winners and strong entries get featured to the whole community, and to the companies that ask us who is worth hiring.

๐ŸŽ What you get

Even if you do not win.

Hosting and a domain

Every entrant gets what they need to put the project online, free for the round and beyond.

Feedback that says something

Written comments against each criterion from whoever judged you. Most students never get this.

Something to show an employer

A live URL built to a brief under a deadline says more in an interview than a grade does.

A place in the showcase

Good entries go on the community showcase with your name on them.

The people who built the rest

You end up in a group with everyone else who entered, which tends to outlast the challenge itself.

A reason to finish

Most people have three half-built projects. A deadline and an audience is how one of them gets done.

๐Ÿ‘€ Who should apply

Who can enter

  • Any student in Pakistan โ€” any university, any department, any year.
  • Recent graduates and self-taught builders are welcome too.
  • You can code a bit, or you can build with WordPress and AI tools. Both count.
  • You can commit the time the round asks for, usually a week alongside classes.

Not required: You do not need a team, an idea, or a finished portfolio. The brief gives you the idea, and we help you find a team if you want one.

About you
Your team

Entering on your own? Skip this โ€” solo entries are just as welcome.

What you might build

All optional. The brief tells you what to build when the round opens โ€” this just helps us judge the level and pair people up.

๐Ÿค” Questions

Good to know

Do I need a team?

No. Plenty of people enter on their own and do well. If you would like a team, say so and we will introduce you to others on your campus who entered alone.

Do I need to be good at coding?

No. The criteria reward a working, live, well-thought-through project. Building it with WordPress and AI tools is a legitimate route, and some of the best entries take it.

How much time does it take?

A round is usually a week, and most people work on it in the evenings. You are not expected to drop your classes for it.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Entry is free, and so is the hosting and the domain you need to put your project online.

What if I enter and then cannot finish?

Nothing happens. There is no penalty for not submitting, and you are welcome in the next round. We would rather you enter and try.

Be first in the room next time.
