Lead the Builders Community in your city.
City Leads are the people who make it happen locally. They line up the sessions, back the Campus Builders on every campus, bring in universities and partners, and are the face of the community where they live.
If you like bringing people together, this is your role.
What a City Lead actually does
Over roughly six months, in your own city, around whatever else you do.
Make sessions happen
Line up Build Labs and FYP Labs, from venue to date to the follow-up afterwards. You do not deliver them. A trainer does that.
Back the Campus Builders
Be the first call for the students running your campuses. Unblock them, show up to their sessions, and celebrate what they pull off.
Open doors
Bring in universities, departments, societies, co-working spaces and incubators as partners and venues.
Grow the community
Keep the city group alive, welcome the people who join, and make a newcomer feel like they belong in the room.
Represent the community
Be the credible local face of TeachAI Builders Community, with the brand kit, the materials and the national team behind you.
Shape what comes next
What your city needs goes straight to the national team. Most of what we run started as a Lead's idea.
What this is not
It is not a sales role and it is not a teaching role. You are not expected to deliver the technical content, and you never make commitments on TeachAI's or Hostinger's behalf without approval.
Real support, not just a title.
Expenses covered
Transport, phone and session costs in your city are covered so the role never costs you money.
Official appointment letter
A signed TeachAI Builders Community letter you can show a university, a partner or an employer.
Training and the kit
Onboarding, session playbooks, the brand kit and a welcome box, plus materials for the room.
A national network
Every Lead and Campus Builder in Pakistan, and a direct line to the national team.
Recognition
Your city named in everything it produces, and your own introduction published when you join.
A path onwards
The pilot is the start. Leads who build something that works are first in line as the programme grows and roles become paid.
Sound like you?
- You have organised things before: events, societies, meetups, campaigns. Anything where people had to turn up.
- You know people in your city, and they pick up when you call.
- You are comfortable speaking to a room and leading a group.
- You care about helping people learn to build, not just about the logo on the banner.
- You can give this six to ten sessions over about six months.
Not required: a technical background, a degree in computing, or experience with Hostinger. Trainers handle the teaching. You handle the city.

Good to know
Is this a job?
It is a volunteer leadership role. There is no salary, but your expenses are covered, sessions are funded and staffed, and you get the kit, the training and an official appointment letter. As the programme grows, Leads who have built something real are the first people considered for paid roles.
How much time does it take?
Six to ten sessions across about six months, plus the messages and introductions in between. Most Leads do it around a full-time job or final year.
My city is not listed.
Apply anyway and tell us where you are. Peshawar is running, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are next, and Lahore and Karachi open as Leads come on board. New cities open because someone credible put their hand up.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Trainers deliver the sessions. Your job is the city: the universities, the partners, the venues and the people.
Can I apply with a friend as co-lead?
Yes, and it often works better. Apply separately and tell us in the last question that you would be working together.
Your city is waiting.
Every community we have started began with one person who said yes.
