Who collects your information
TeachAI Builders Community is a community programme run by TeachAI Pakistan, an official Hostinger partner.
When you fill in a form on these pages, your information is collected and held by TeachAI Pakistan, not by Hostinger. Hostinger does not receive your contact details automatically, and does not endorse views expressed by community members.
What we collect
Only what the form in front of you asks for. In practice that means:
- Registering interest in a session: your name, email, WhatsApp number, city, university or organisation, what you study or do, and what you would like to build.
- Submitting a final-year project: the same contact details, plus your project name, university, department, supervisor if you give one, team size, what the project is built with, and a description of its current state.
- Applying for a role as a Campus Builder, City Lead or Trainer: the same contact details, plus your university or workplace, your experience, your written answers, and any optional links you choose to share.
- We do not ask for identity-card numbers, financial details or passwords, and you should never send them to us.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about sessions, applications and the project you told us about.
- To organise sessions: confirming a seat, knowing how many people are coming, and telling a venue who to expect.
- To assess applications for volunteer and trainer roles.
- To count how many people took part and how many projects went live. These counts are reported to Hostinger as totals, without your name attached.
Who can see it
- The TeachAI Builders Community team at TeachAI Pakistan.
- A City Lead or Campus Builder, where they need your name and contact details to organise a session you registered for.
- A host university or venue, where a list of attendee names is needed for campus access.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Session registrations and applications are kept for as long as the programme is running, so that we can contact you about later sessions and so we can count participation accurately. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Photographs and filming at sessions
We take photographs and sometimes video at sessions, and we may use them on our channels to show what the community is doing. If you would rather not appear, tell the trainer or the Campus Builder in the room on the day and we will keep you out of shot, or remove you from anything already published.
Your project stays yours
Anything you build at a session or bring to an FYP Lab belongs to you and your team. We will never publish your project, your code or your live URL without asking you first.
Your choices
- You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- You can ask us to delete your information entirely.
- You can ask us to stop emailing or messaging you, and still take part in sessions.
