Teach people to build. Anywhere in Pakistan.
Trainers are the people in the room. You run our hands-on sessions in your city or online, with the materials, the venue and the audience already handled. If you like showing someone how you did something, this is your role.
Unlike most community programmes, our trainers are paid per session.
What a trainer actually does
One or two sessions a month, in your city or online. The formats are ready-made, so you bring the expertise and the energy.
Run Build Labs
Two to three hours, hands on: everyone in the room builds something and puts it online before they leave.
Run FYP Labs
Work with final-year teams to get projects that only run on a laptop properly deployed and live.
Support partner events
Deliver the hosting & deployment session inside an event a university, society or incubator is already hosting.
Go online
Run live sessions for the cities and towns where we do not have a room yet.
Share what you learn
A short note after each session, so the next trainer starts ahead of where you did.
Grow the bench
Spot the people in your room who could teach this next, and bring them in.
Paid per session, and everything prepared.
A session fee
Every session you deliver is paid. Agreed up front, per session, with travel covered where it applies.
Ready materials
Session outlines, slides, exercises and the participant handouts. No prep from a blank page.
Venue and audience handled
City Leads, Campus Builders and partners bring the room, the registrations and the door. You bring the session.
Recognition
Your name and profile on the sessions you run, and features on our channels.
A national network
Trainers, City Leads and Campus Builders across Pakistan, and a direct line to the team.
More work as we grow
Trainers who do this well get first refusal on new formats, bigger events and judging at challenges.
Sound like you?
- You build for the web and can explain how you did it without jargon.
- You have taught, trained, presented or run a workshop before, formally or not.
- You are comfortable in front of a room, or on a call with forty people.
- You can commit to one or two sessions a month.
- You are happy being asked questions you do not immediately know the answer to.
Not required: a teaching qualification, an agency job, or a big following. Plenty of our best trainers are final-year students and freelancers.

Session materials, the trainer guide, the kit and your city group.
First session
A small first session with an experienced trainer alongside you.
Apply to be a trainer
About ten minutes. We are looking for clarity and warmth, not polish.
Good to know
How much does it pay?
A fee per session, agreed with you before you commit, with travel covered where it applies. We confirm the figure on the call rather than publishing one, because it varies with the format and the length of the session.
Do I need to prepare the content?
No. Every format comes with an outline, slides and exercises. You are welcome to make a session your own, and most trainers do, but you never start from a blank page.
How much time is it?
One or two sessions a month, each two to three hours plus travel. You choose which ones you take.
What if I only know one thing well?
That is usually enough. If you are strong on WordPress, or deployment, or AI tools, we will put you in front of the sessions that need exactly that.
My city is not listed.
Apply anyway and pick Online. We run live sessions for places where we do not have a room yet, and trainers are often why a new city opens.
Someone in your city is waiting to learn this.
Every session we have run started with one person who said yes to teaching.
